The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with lab data or understanding lab work and procedures. It would also be beneficial for the candidate to have previous experience with creating PowerBi dashboards.

Pay Range:

$35.50 - $53.25

Major Responsibilities

  • Evaluates laboratory, patient, financial, and quality data to identify trends and insights that improve workflows, support research, inform business decisions, and reduce cost of care
  • Leverages integrated data sources to identify opportunities for improvement, performance gaps, and outcome measures
  • Designs and implements analytical models combining clinical, financial, and claims data to generate actionable metrics
  • Synthesizes complex datasets into meaningful insights to support leadership decision-making and lab stewardship initiatives
  • Develops executive-level dashboards and reporting to support laboratory strategy and performance monitoring
  • Applies technical laboratory knowledge, including test build and clinical utility, within a data-driven environment
