• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to understand the complexities of each patient’s background, psychosocial functioning, and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's unique situation and diagnosis.
• Provide outpatient therapy sessions utilizing both individual and group modalities to maximize effectiveness.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including educators, medical staff, and support personnel, to create a cohesive approach to care that encourages student success.
• Document all social work activities meticulously in patients' medical records in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal requirements.
• Advocate for patients and their families, facilitating access to community resources that promote their overall health and stability.
• Engage in relevant ongoing training to remain current on best practices and community resources.
• Contribute to departmental reports and case statistics, supporting the organization's accountability and performance metrics.

The primary patient population includes children and adolescents facing mental health challenges within school settings, as well as their families. This role requires a deep understanding of developmental stages and the unique psychosocial issues affecting younger clients. You will work closely with students experiencing a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.
• Understanding of the cultural dynamics and life stages affecting mental health care, particularly in children and adolescents.
• Ability to adhere to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• A minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience, ideally in a health or mental health setting that involves exposure to pediatric patients.
• One or more years of relevant experience providing behavioral health treatment to children, adolescents, and families.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
