The detox center’s virtual support structure ensures that you remain engaged with your colleagues and are supported in your role as a clinician.

• Conduct direct clinical work with a caseload of assigned clients, providing individual, group, and family therapy aimed at addressing their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to comprehensive services, coordinating with health service providers, clients, and their families.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to conduct brief screenings and arrange for more in-depth evaluations when necessary.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support during emergencies to de-escalate situations and promote safety.
• Participate in team meetings to collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and staff, focusing on common goals and best practices to improve service delivery.
• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and data submission in line with organizational requirements.
• Provide education and advocacy for clients regarding their treatment options and rights, fostering an empowering environment.
• Identify and report safety concerns, adhering to established protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees aimed at enhancing agency services.

You will primarily work with clients dealing with significant mental health challenges, including those with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journeys, facilitating their access to the necessary support and resources they need to foster well-being.

• A solid foundation in clinical social work principles, particularly as they relate to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively convey treatment plans, document client progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently while ensuring compliance with reporting and documentation standards.
• Competence in recognizing age-related or specialty issues that may impact the populations served.
• Commitment to upholding professional ethical standards as outlined by the social work code of conduct.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical role is preferred, particularly within mental health settings.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and previous work in substance use or detox environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis management and intervention strategies is highly valued.

The anticipated salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
