As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate clinical diagnoses.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans that are aligned with the unique goals and preferences of each client.
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Delivering crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate strategies to de-escalate and stabilize situations.

  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Educating clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment options available, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and participation in peer consultation groups to stay current with best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experience a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families, enabling you to apply tailored therapeutic approaches based on their specific needs. Your ability to navigate complex dynamics within the client population is essential for building strong, therapeutic alliances that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to identify client needs effectively.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships and effective collaboration.
  • The ability to work independently with self-motivation, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

While prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we welcome entry-level applicants who meet the educational and licensure requirements. Those with specific expertise in trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or substance abuse treatment are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus! You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Funding for continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment that values team input and encourages innovation.
