We provide structured mentorship, training, and warm leads from individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs-allowing you to focus on building meaningful client relationships while developing valuable career skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
  • Support clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
  • Deliver excellent client service and build lasting relationships
  • Participate in weekly mentorship sessions and professional development meetings
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools
  • Passion for service and helping others
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
Requirements
