Job description

Remote | International candidates welcome | Must be able to work U.S. time zones
Gameplan is hiring a highly ambitious junior salesperson who wants to learn fast, work hard, and build a real career in sales.
This is a great opportunity for a young person early in their career who wants more than just a job. You will be coached and trained closely by the CEO, learn how real sales works inside a growing company, and develop much faster than in a traditional entry-level role.
We are not looking for someone average. We are looking for someone with an uncommon work ethic - someone willing to work harder than everyone else, take coaching seriously, and do what it takes to become great.
This role is also a rare chance to learn about entrepreneurship from close range. You will not only develop as a salesperson, but also get exposure to how a company is built, how decisions are made, and how growth actually happens inside a startup.
You do not need to be based in the United States. We are open to candidates from other countries, as long as you are comfortable working hours that align with U.S. time zones.
Why this role is different
  • Direct coaching and training from the CEO
  • A chance to learn both sales and entrepreneurship
  • Real responsibility early on
  • A fast-paced environment where strong performance gets noticed
  • Clear opportunity to grow as the company grows

What you'll do
  • Reach out to school and district decision-makers through calls, emails, and follow-up
  • Help generate and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Learn how to communicate value clearly and confidently
  • Handle objections and keep conversations moving forward
  • Stay organized in our CRM and follow process
  • Work closely with the CEO and sales team to improve quickly

Who we're looking for
  • Early in your career and hungry to succeed in sales
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Comfortable speaking with new people every day
  • Highly coachable and open to direct feedback
  • Competitive, disciplined, and resilient
  • Willing to work harder than the people around you
  • Able to work U.S. business hours
  • Serious about building a long-term career in sales and business
  • Tech-savvy

You do not need years of experience
We care more about attitude, communication, discipline, and willingness to learn than a perfect background.
If you are smart, driven, coachable, and ready to outwork others for a real opportunity, this could be a great fit.
We are reviewing candidates continuously, so don't hesitate to apply if you think this is for you!
