Job description

Loza & Loza, LLP, a fast-growing and dynamic law firm with a national presence, is seeking attorneys with at least 3 years of IP litigation experience and a strong background in trademark prosecution, licensing, copyrights, privacy law, and/or contracts.

This is a great opportunity for attorneys who pride themselves in providing excellent work quality and client service. Ideal candidate is a self-starter and a proactive problem solver who can work autonomously and handle significant client contact.

Our firm includes tech-savvy, entrepreneurial attorneys, and we hope to add similar attorneys to our team. Attorneys set their own work schedule, set their own hourly rate(s), and there is no minimum hourly requirement. The firm's model provides great flexibility to attorneys while providing value to clients and without sacrificing work quality.

Candidate must be licensed in at least one U.S. state bar and in good standing.

Relocation not required. Telecommuting and flexible hours available. Will consider qualified candidates in any part of the U.S. This is an opportunity keep more of what you bill, while still having the paralegal/administrative support, business development, and internal cross-selling opportunities of a well-established, nationally-recognized, intellectual property law firm.

How to Apply: If you are interested in working with us, please send a resume to recruiting@lozaip.com.
