Job description

TechOp Solutions International is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in accordance with established policies and procedures of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
This role is currently remote; however, candidates must reside in or near Austin, Texas.
Duties:
      • Provide professional customer service and administrative support.
      • Respond to and resolve complex customer questions by researching issues and applying established policies and procedures.
      • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in applicable systems.
      • Escalate complex issues when appropriate and ensure timely resolution.
      • Process requests, verify information, and maintain data accuracy across various systems.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
      • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information.
      • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
      • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Associates degree; minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with HS diploma
    • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or help desk support experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must meet security eligibility requirements.
