Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing individual mental health challenges.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and other team members to provide holistic and integrated care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client support.
• Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health services, integrating newfound knowledge into your therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve forming trusting relationships with these individuals, creating a safe space for open dialogue, and helping them navigate their mental health journeys. You will engage with individuals who may have differing levels of familiarity with technology, requiring you to adapt your approach to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A current, active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential. Acceptable licenses include LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy services.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to conduct remote therapy sessions comfortably.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education level.
