As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will be able to consult with interdisciplinary colleagues, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to accurately identify needs and formulate clinical diagnoses.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy modalities, adjusting them as necessary to meet client progress and feedback.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate techniques.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely access to care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while monitoring client progress.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for case discussions, referrals, and collaborative treatment planning to holistically address client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available resources in the community, advocating for their needs throughout the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about current best practices in mental health therapy.

Your clients will include a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding and embracing the unique backgrounds and cultural contexts of these individuals, you will foster an inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and empowered to share their experiences.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strength in clinical assessment and diagnosis.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, preferably in a community mental health setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and professional standards in mental health care.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for entry-level positions; however, familiarity with a variety of therapy modalities will be advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience working with specific populations, including underserved communities, is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, along with a full suite of benefits, including:
