  • Collaborate with clients to create and revise initial treatment plans aligned with their assessment results and ongoing progress.
  • Document each interaction and therapy session in accordance with facility regulations and professional standards, ensuring clear and actionable records.
  • Maintain an assigned caseload, managing time effectively to provide quality care to each client.
  • Engage in regular treatment team meetings to share insights and coordinate care efforts with other professionals.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate and positive demeanor towards clients, actively listening to their needs and working to resolve any arising concerns or complaints.
  • Prioritize client safety and well-being within all therapy practices, continuously adapting methods as needed for the best outcomes.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as assigned to support both clients and the team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients present with a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders, requiring tailored approaches that respect their unique experiences and challenges. The focus will be on fostering a supportive environment that empowers clients to envision and achieve their personal growth and healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

  • Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and dedication to destigmatizing mental health issues.
Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling services across different age groups. Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices is an advantage. Experience in community health settings will be considered particularly valuable as it aligns with our commitment to accessible and impactful mental health care.
