This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while effectively engaging with clients via telehealth. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intakes and comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy and facilitate group sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapting your approach to meet client goals.
  • Offer crisis intervention support during acute mental health crises, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and ensuring the safety and well-being of your clients.
  • Maintain organized and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients’ diverse needs.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources, ensuring they are well-informed advocates for their own mental health.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health through training and workshops.

Qualifications
