Duration: 12+ months on W2

Location: Clark NJ 07066


Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/ Hr on W2

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension


Notes

  • This is an entry-level position within R&I.
  • This is not a lab-based role; it is a corporate, desk-based position supporting regulatory registration for global product launches.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
  • Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.


Job Description

  • Assist with preparing registration dossiers to support registration activities for market access.
  • Support local affiliates with product registration activities.
  • Maintain KPIs for registration support activities.
  • Work on assigned projects and meet business timelines related to registration support activities.
  • Communicate status updates to country affiliates on a regular basis.
  • Create and maintain registration dossiers based on product launch timelines.
  • Track country-specific registration requirements as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a science, chemistry, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
