Our client, a growing executive search firm specializing in the Animal Health industry, is looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Recruiter to join their team!


This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, build relationships, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. No prior recruiting experience is required โ€” comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.


What You'll Do:

  • Source and connect with candidates for opportunities within the Animal Health industry
  • Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Learn how to identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
  • Assist with developing new business through networking, prospecting, and outbound outreach
  • Learn to understand client hiring needs and identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the ATS
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
  • Collaborate with the team to meet recruiting and business development goals
