You will grow alongside experienced real estate professionals in an environment focused on luxury service, accountability, coaching, and professional development. Marketing resources and team support provide additional structure as you build confidence, strengthen your knowledge of the local market, and establish productive habits early in your career.

If you are ready to learn the business through real activity and build your career in the Long Beach coastal market, apply today.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, to maintain client relationships.
