We are seeking a Real Estate Director to lead site selection and growth strategy across the Western US.
Mission of the Position

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers.

  • Partner with Regional Directors of Operations to align real estate strategy with operational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic market optimization strategy with the support of the Real Estate Analyst.
  • Track and manage the real estate development funnel to achieve annual growth targets, including:
  • Identifying 100+ quality real estate opportunities per year.

  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate site selection and optimization (franchise or retail experience strongly preferred).
  • 3–5 years of franchising experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong broker networks and landlord relationships.
  • Experience working directly with franchisees or multi-unit operators.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing market growth strategies.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time within the Western US.

This is a remote position.
