Our Real Estate Analyst is a junior-level role within the Rollins Real Estate & Workplace Management department, which supports a large network of leased and owned branch locations across the United States and Canada. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to commercial real estate operations, including research, data analysis, lease support, and project coordination for branch locations that include office and warehouse space.
In this role, the Real Estate Analyst supports the company's real estate strategy by assisting with market research, organizing and analyzing property and financial data, and learning how real estate decisions impact business operations. The analyst works closely with internal partners to understand branch real estate needs, helps review lease documents, and supports strategic planning efforts under guidance. The role also contributes to real estate and facilities-related projects by tracking action items, documenting updates, and learning to use tools such as Excel, CoStar, and Monday.com.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as the analyst provides regular project updates to internal stakeholders and supports reporting and administrative tasks. This position is well-suited for an early-career professional eager to learn commercial real estate fundamentals, develop analytical and project management skills, and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Local travel may be required on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

Analysis
  • Conduct market and property-level research under guidance to understand real estate trends, conditions, and opportunities
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data to support site selection, lease strategy, and portfolio decisions
  • Assist with lease review and basic interpretation as part of strategic real estate planning
  • Perform Excel-based financial analyses and models with training and oversight
  • Support property evaluations by assisting with analysis of financial performance and risk factors

Project Management & Communication
  • Communicate with branch and field partners to gather information and understand real estate needs and objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate project status updates to internal and field partners
  • Assist with real estate portfolio management activities, including tracking financial performance and key metrics
  • Support property disposition and transaction execution by coordinating materials and documentation
  • Assist with planning and execution of real estate and facilities-related projects by tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Support the team with data analysis, administrative tasks, and ad hoc assignments as needed

Reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly real estate reports
  • Support the development of investment analyses, summaries, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and management
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice and tax payments, insurance certification and expense reporting for all Real Estate & Workplace Management service areas (Transactions, Security, Facilities & Construction)

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Education:
  • BA/BS in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field with relevant work experience

You must have an interest in corporate real estate transactions and portfolio strategy management, with a background demonstrating an understanding of process development and continuous improvement. Relevant experience to include:
  • 1-2 Years of analytics or project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate or finance
  • Understanding of basic real estate strategy, leasing, portfolio management, and lease administration
  • Ability to manage projects from concept through completion
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and project management software
  • Inherently curious and eager to learn and grow
