  • Host at least two open houses each month to create opportunities and connect with motivated buyers

  • Participate in weekly script practice and skills training to strengthen communication and improve conversion
  • Contribute to a positive, hardworking, and high-integrity team culture
  • Attend weekly coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls focused on helping you grow quickly
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide clients confidently through the home-buying process
  • Write and negotiate offers with professionalism, strategy, and strong client advocacy
  • Stay organized and accountable using PLACE technology and systems to track activities and clients
  • Continuously sharpen your skills while building a scalable, referral-based business
