Responsibilities
  • Successfully finish PLACE Launch training program
  • Consistently execute weekly PLACE lead generation strategies
  • Guide buyers through the purchasing process, obtain agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Manage negotiations for both buyer and seller offers
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Convert leads into scheduled client meetings
  • Participate in weekly script rehearsals and collaborative team sessions
  • Engage in weekly coaching, training workshops, and Partner Calls
  • Work closely with sellers to secure listings and promote properties effectively
  • Utilize knowledge of pricing, staging, and listing to maximize home marketability
