We are seeking a newly licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent who wants to begin their career with clear direction, consistent support, and a proven path toward building steady production. Compensation:

$160,000+


Responsibilities:
  • Learn to generate new business through conversations, follow-up, and relationship building
  • Attend daily coaching sessions to build confidence and productive habits
  • Grow and maintain a long-term client database using proven systems
  • Show properties, host open houses, and support clients through their home search
  • Learn to conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and clarity
  • Use office systems and tools to track activity, goals, and results
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn real-world strategies that open escrows
  • Stay consistent with training, accountability check-ins, and office participation

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in real estate
  • Coachable mindset with willingness to follow proven systems and structure
  • A license is required in order to earn income
  • Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through text or email
  • Comfortable building relationships and engaging in business, generating conversations
  • Ability to stay consistent with training, prospecting, and daily routines
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to personal responsibility and follow-through
  • Team-oriented attitude with appreciation for collaboration and shared success
