We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful sales career while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and creating opportunities through consistent lead generation and client service.


You will learn how to generate new business, connect with prospective buyers and sellers, conduct consultations, and guide clients through every stage of the real estate transaction. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills while developing the confidence needed to grow a consistent and sustainable business.


Through coaching, proven systems, and hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to prospecting, lead conversion, market knowledge, contract negotiations, and transaction management. As your experience and production continue to grow, you will build a strong referral-based business while developing the skills needed for long-term success in real estate.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with prospective buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and in person
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
  • Schedule appointments and assist with client consultations
  • Learn and implement lead generation and prospecting strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM systems
  • Assist clients throughout the real estate process from initial contact through closing
  • Participate in training, coaching, and skill development activities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within the community

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
