We are hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No ABA experience required — we provide all paid training and support needed for RBT certification.
Who We AreTraining Wheels ABA is an early intervention ABA provider serving children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Our Dripping Springs clinic is known for its welcoming culture, strong clinical mentorship, and dedication to empowering families through high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

What You’ll DoWork 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD
Follow therapeutic programs created by a BCBA
Support communication, play, social, and daily living skill development
Track and document client progress
Collaborate daily with your BCBA and Operations Manager
Paid Training + RBT CertificationWe will fully prepare you with:
40 hours ABA classroom training
RBT competency assessment
Support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in about 30 days
