Location: Reno, NV

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

While many dealerships search for experienced technicians, we've built a structured, in-house Technician Development Program designed to train mechanically inclined individuals into professional Harley-Davidson technicians.

This is a paid, hands-on career development program where you'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive one-on-one mentoring, and gain the skills necessary to become a productive member of our Service Department.

If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

No Harley-Davidson experience is required.

Our Technician Development Program provides a clearly defined career path from entry-level Apprentice Technician to Master Technician.

Unlike most dealerships, we invest in developing our own technicians through structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience.

Technician Apprentice
Years 0–2

Staff Technician
Years 2–4

Expert Technician
Years 4–6

Master Technician
Minimum Eligibility: Year 6+

  • Prepare new motorcycles for delivery

Compensation & Growth

Technician Apprentice

  • $18.00–$25.00 per hour DOE

Staff Technician

  • $26.00–$33.00 Flat Rate

Expert Technician

  • $34.00–$41.00 Flat Rate

Master Technician

  • $42.00+ Flat Rate
