Job Description

This role is responsible for the executing the processes associated with the storage, retrieval, approval, version control, publication/release and archival of engineering configuration controlled electronic documents, CAD drawings, digital files, templates, forms, and other technical documents and data in accordance with the appropriate standards and requirements. A key responsibility of this position is providing excellent customer service to end-users as related to the aforementioned functions to ensure compliance with all applicable data item management rules and regulations.


Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:

Essential duties/responsibilities primary to the role, in order of time spent (from highest to lowest). These are tasks that contribute to the accomplishment of the job purpose. Answers the questions: "what, who, why and how".

  • Support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities under guided supervision.

  • Execute all assigned tasks for the storage, retrieval, approval, version control, publication/release and archival of engineering, configuration controlled, and other technical documents and data including but not limited to electronic documents, CAD drawings, digital files, etc., utilizing the electronic data, document product lifecycle management platform(s) in accordance with applicable requirements and procedures.

  • Process the release of the latest version of all electronic documents and data items in a timely manner to ensure end-users have the most up to date information.

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure that data items are complete, named and numbered correctly and signatures are applied correctly prior to release/publication.

  • Develop competency using multiple Teamcenter workflows for daily operations and processes required to manage the storage and release various types of data items.

  • Train entry level team members on basic workflows for processing data items for approval release and storage.

  • Provide support for audits and projects by providing data items to approved requestors in accordance with distribution procedures and policies.

  • Perform analysis of data items to identify problems and assess issues as requested.

  • Provide excellent customer service, build, and maintain and congenial working relationships with members of cross functional teams across the organization.

  • Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Level II

  • Experience using an Electronic Data/Document Management System (EDMS) for records management and document control in a technical, engineering, scientific, government, legal or business setting.

  • Demonstrated experience showing attention to detail and accuracy, ability to follow instructions/ schedules/ timelines and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient skill level using Microsoft Office Applications Experience (i.e., Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), Adobe PDF. Familiar with electronic signature applications preferably DocuSign.

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.

Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual's qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:
