Quality Control Manager (Remote)

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC). MNCC maintains manning responsibility for Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) sites providing ICA support services at several former Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) sites worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages contract performance and provides quality control management for all Navy DEERS/RAPIDS sites.
  • Provides support and training on DEERS/RAPIDS site relocations, workstation replacements, SSM administration and new workstation deliveries to newly assigned DEERS/RAPIDS Project Office personnel.
  • Ensures continuity of operations, tracks performance and staffing.
  • Conducts site visits to ensure compliance with DoD standards and regulations.

General Experience:
  • Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis and Financial Analysis
  • Business Process Improvement.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology or 3 years of experience.
