Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Manager to help mentor and develop their current team, make confident independent decisions, and act as a trusted advisor for site leadership. The role includes working on initiatives such as MasterControl implementation, validation program development, and equipment qualification programs.
Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and teach team members
• Develop existing team members and build bench strength
• Operate independently and make firm decisions
• Confidently interpret regulatory guidelines
• Function as a trusted advisor to site leadership
• Implement MasterControl and develop validation master plans
• Oversee equipment qualification programs and IQ/OQ/PQ development

Qualifications

• Experience with eQMS systems
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
• Strong capability in audit readiness
• Expertise in validation programs

Skills

• Batch disposition/release
• Managing deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Conducting internal and external audits
• QMS leadership
