POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) professional for manual testing of our web pages. In this role, you will focus on testing websites and web applications for functionality and usability. The ideal candidate will identify defects, document issues, and work closely with developers and designers to ensure high-quality user experiences.
The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Test web pages for functionality, accuracy, and usability.
  • Verify that website features work according to specifications and business requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
  • Validate website responsiveness and user interface consistency.
  • Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and updates.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining testing documentation and test plans.
  • The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Basic understanding of website functionality and user experience principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document and communicate issues clearly.
  • Familiarity with web browsers and mobile devices.

Like to Haves:
  • Experience with manual software testing, including testing of web applications and APIs.
  • Knowledge of security testing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency working across Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with networking concepts and identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database testing.
  • Experience with Hyper-V virtualization platforms and managing virtualized environments.
  • ISTQB Certification

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
  • You must learn the ThreatLocker products, features, and use cases.
  • Proficiency in configuring and using ThreatLocker products.
  • Stay updated on product updates and actively participate in training.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer. Employment will proceed only upon receiving clear results from both.
ThreatLocker also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
