Job Summary:
Oxenham Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure thorough testing of client product builds and to identify and track defects. The role involves supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance QA coverage and improve platform reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and run the QA Regression Checklist – DEV before each development release.
• Maintain and run the QA Regression Checklist – PROD before each production release.
• Update and refine test cases as product functionality evolves.
• Test new features against acceptance criteria documented in Jira.
• Verify bug fixes in staging prior to release.
• Log defects in Jira with steps, expected vs actual results, and severity.
• Re-test and validate once fixes are implemented.
• Perform smoke testing after deployments to staging and production.
• Participate in formal "go/no-go” release decision meetings.
• Execute test plans under the client's Platform Validation Strategy during roadmap phases.
• Identify high-value candidates for QA automation.
• Validate patch releases under the client's Patching Strategy.
• Test offline mode per checklist before each offline release.
• Maintain regression checklists, validation strategies, and test execution records in Jira.
Qualifications:

• Experience in regression testing and maintaining QA checklists.
