To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to be: 
  • Responsible for making adjustments, communicating the adjustments to Finance and entering the approved adjustments into QAD.
  • Analyze customer releases, forecasts, and demand requirements.
  • Develop and maintain production and material schedules to support manufacturing operations 
  • Responsible for updating the tracking spreadsheets accurately.
  • Assist in overseeing all inventory transactions and reporting on the master schedule.
  • Responsible for assisting in the accurate maintenance of inventory and records, and timely entry of receipts into the business system.
  • Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the auto-label printers.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Partner with Quality colleagues on maintenance of materials/quality systems.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve inventory turns, material flow, and scheduling efficiency. 
Required experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years experience in materials.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (QAD,SAP)
  • Strong computer skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to assume responsibility with the corresponding authority and accountability. Results oriented.
  • Excellent follow-up and accountability skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
