We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong expertise in Quality Assurance and Electronics Manufacturing. The role focuses on driving compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, ensuring product reliability, and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain QMS processes.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and CAPA for defects.
  • Drive PFMEA and risk mitigation in manufacturing.
  • Monitor Quality KPIs and improve First Pass Yield.
  • Collaborate on Failure Analysis and SMT Manufacturing quality issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Minitab.
  • CQE certification preferred.
