Type: Contract

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Wilmington, NC
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree is not required with 2+ years of relevant experience

Description

CTG is seeking an entry-level Digital Enablement Analyst to support a technical organization with digital tools, data quality, reporting, process improvement, and the practical application of artificial intelligence. This role will help build and maintain internal tools, clean and organize data, support dashboards and reporting workflows, and improve how technical projects are structured and managed.

The ideal candidate is data-oriented, technically curious, detail-focused, and comfortable learning new tools. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and maintaining digital tools and data structures based on established specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain digital tools, dashboards, and project-related data.

  • Prepare, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting, analytics, and AI tools.

  • Support process improvements designed to reduce manual work for project and technical leaders.

  • Assist with testing, rollout, troubleshooting, and maintenance of reporting and automation features.

  • Support custom in-house applications and business intelligence reporting, including data upkeep, development, and deployment.

  • Help ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across digital tools and reporting workflows.

  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand data and reporting needs.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practical digital solutions that improve organizational efficiency.

  • Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

  • This is an entry-level opportunity; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates without a Bachelor's degree must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Resume must demonstrate strong technical skills working with datasets and dashboards.

  • Interest in and exposure to artificial intelligence is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar technical/data tools is a plus.
