Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests with our guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Aid in walking our guests through available vehicle solutions to meet their needs
  • Demonstrate capability of a selected vehicle in a fun/professional way to enhance our guest's experience
  • Aid in processing guest's preliminary paperwork in an efficient and correct fashion
  • Assist in helping colleagues and management team with any issues with inventory on the lot
  • Apply our time tested process in a way that keeps our guests engaged and maximizes efficiency

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic Consultant with "Team Player" mentality
  • Demonstrate a strong comprehension of simple amortization math and business processes
  • High energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
  • Proficient in Outlook and CRM software (Preferred, but NOT a must)
  • Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
  • Ability to focus on a customer's needs, first. To enhance store volume and over all personal success
  • Must be able to work weekends
