Job Description

The isolved Marketplace is looking for a Marketplace Development Associate to support the growth of our Marketplace. This entry-level role focuses on supporting partnership development activities, maintaining tracking and documentation, and assisting with due diligence processes. Working closely with senior team members, this individual will develop foundational skills in marketplace partnerships while contributing to the overall expansion of the Marketplace organization and revenue.

Core Job Duties

  • Participate, schedule and prepare for discovery calls with internal teams, clients and third-party vendors to review viability for the isolved Marketplace.
  • Facilitate the due diligence and security process for marketplace partnerships and maintain status tracking and follow up items.
  • Coordinate with Marketplace Integration Technical Manager to facilitate partner integration and tracking.
  • Maintain and update prospect and partner tracking and produce routine status reports and updates to leadership.
  • Support cross-functional projects across multiple teams under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist with isolved introductory meetings, support the development of partnership pitches, and help facilitate partnership contracts and due diligence documentation.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to promote development initiatives supportive of Marketplace growth.
  • Assist in researching market trends to support identification of future required partnerships
  • Maintain project tracking for prospective marketplace partners.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests to support marketplace growth initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic familiarity with or interest in HCM, payroll, or benefits industry preferred but not required.
  • Experience with isolved HCM software preferred but not required.
  • Basic exposure to or interest in contract and vendor documentation a plus.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and persistent nature.
  • Ability to achieve high performance and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues.
  • Excels in a high-performing and professional team in a remote work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Asana.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred but not required.
