Compensation: $35,000 - $100,000+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Jason Templeton's growing State Farm agency is looking for a licensed, experienced State Farm Insurance Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and close business. This is not an entry-level position.
If you've previously worked for a State Farm agent , hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses , and thrive in a commission-driven sales environment, we'd love to talk with you.
Our agency has over 50 years of combined State Farm team experience and is built around providing outstanding customer service while helping customers protect what matters most. We are committed to building long-term relationships with our customers and supporting our team members' success.
What You'll Do
  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, Business, and other State Farm insurance products

  • Cross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
