Who You Are

We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Assistant to join our commercial property management team. This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors and plays an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office and property operations.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide day-to-day customer service support to tenants and property stakeholders
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
  • Process invoices and support routine administrative accounting tasks using AvidXchange
  • Utilize property management systems such as IMPAK to support daily operational activities
  • Draft, format, and send tenant communications, including memos and office correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for property and office records
  • Support special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed
  • Assist the property management team with overall office operations and evolving business needs
What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
