Property Associate
What this job involves:
As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an Industrial portfolio. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development.
Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Estimated hourly rate for this position: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues
  • Support property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices and complete other financial tasks
  • Assist with vendor coordination and work order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities
  • Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients
  • Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination
  • Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience
  • Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed
  • All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry
