Job Description
The Project Support Specialist I provides entry-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support to Project Managers and engineering project teams. This role focuses on supporting routine project activities, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with meeting coordination and office operations while developing an understanding of engineering project workflows and standards.
Responsibilities
  • Provide routine administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
  • Maintain electronic project files and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist with preparation of project meeting materials.
  • Draft basic correspondence and standard project documentation as directed.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as assigned to support project and departmental needs.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: Entry-level position; prior administrative or office experience preferred but not required.
Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong attention to detail; good organizational and communication skills; ability to follow established processes and work effectively as part of a team.
Supervision & Direction
Receives close supervision on assigned tasks. Work is reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards. This role has no decision-making or supervisory responsibilities.
