Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
As a Project Auditor, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects on track, on time, and up to DaBella's high-quality standards. You'll manage project details across various product lines and markets, helping us stay efficient, accurate, and customer-focused every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward
  • Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met
  • Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals
  • Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
  • Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering
  • Audit client contracts for accuracy and scope alignment while proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time completion and smooth installations.
  • Track project progress through the full life-cycle using our customer service database
  • Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur
