The Program Administrator supports Operations leadership by providing program coordination, reporting support, project administration, operational tracking, and communication management across PDX region data center clusters.

This role is focused on reducing administrative burden, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating stakeholder communications, maintaining reporting processes, and supporting operational governance activities. Program Administrators will work closely with the Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Position Summary

The Program Administrator supports Data Center Operations leadership by providing program coordination, reporting support, project administration, operational tracking, and communication management across PDX region data center clusters.

This role is focused on reducing administrative burden, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating stakeholder communications, maintaining reporting processes, and supporting operational governance activities. Program Administrators will work closely with the Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day program activities across multiple data center locations.

Serve as a communication and coordination hub among stakeholders.

Schedule and facilitate meetings, reviews, and follow-up activities.

Support implementation of established escalation procedures.

Reporting & Metrics

Collect, validate, and organize operational data from approved systems.

Prepare weekly program status reports and metric dashboards.

Track key performance indicators and service-level metrics.

Maintain reporting templates and documentation repositories.

Administrative Support

Manage program documentation, meeting notes, action items, and deliverables.

Monitor progress against project milestones and timelines.

Maintain workflow tracking systems and status updates.

Support audit readiness and documentation management.

Process Management

Follow and support standardized operating procedures.

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

Assist with implementation of workflow enhancements and reporting improvements.

Maintain feedback collection and routing processes.

Risk & Issue Tracking

Document risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.

Escalate concerns according to established governance processes.

Support follow-up activities to ensure issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

2+ years of program coordination, project administration, operations support, or business support experience.

Experience producing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
