Job Summary:
Infojini Inc is a full service IT consulting, services, and staffing firm recognized as one of the fastest growing IT services and software development companies. They are seeking an entry level Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers in coordinating project efforts, ensuring projects meet customer expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
โ€ข Assist Project Managers to adhere to established project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
โ€ข Assists with project schedule updates and teamwork assignments
โ€ข Responsible for updating key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers based on PM direction
โ€ข Assists Project Manager(s) and/or Program Manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
โ€ข Must possess entry level knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
โ€ข The Project Coordinator/Manager-Entry will interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management and internal and external organizations, including vendors performing outsourced work, in the compilation and management of information needed for project schedules, portfolio/program schedules, metrics, reports and project management documentation.
