Your involvement in the following tasks will vary from project to project, based on both project requirements and your professional strengths:

  • Implement consulting projects across diverse areas such as project management, process optimization, logistics, digitalization, quality management, production, supplier management, connectivity, e-mobility, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
  • Advise OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners in the automotive and adjacent industries.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance decision-making, analyze and optimize processes, and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop innovative concepts and methodologies to solve complex challenges.
  • Support clients throughout all project phases-from strategy development to hands-on implementation.
  • Work on-site with customers in their production environments to ensure practical solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • You have gained practical experience through internships, co-op programs, or entry-level roles within automotive, manufacturing, or consulting environments.
  • You bring hands-on experience using AI-driven tools and data analytics for process optimization, decision-making, or business insights.
  • You are self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills, especially when interacting with customers.
  • You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
