Greentech Renewables is actively seeking driven, growth-minded individuals to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. This highly structured, paid 24-month leadership development program is designed to prepare future business leaders to manage and operate their own multi-million-dollar branch location. No prior industry experience is required as we provide the tools, resources, and training needed to help you succeed.

Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of the business while developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth.

During the program, trainees rotate through key areas of the organization, including:

  • Warehouse Operations & Logistics

  • Sales & Project Management

  • Operations Management

  • Business Development

In addition to real-world experience, participants receive comprehensive training in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, sales, leadership, and business management.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn all aspects of the company business philosophy
  • Participate in structured rotations across warehouse operations, account management, business development, and operations management
  • Gain hands-on exposure to commercial solar distribution workflows
  • Support commercial solar projects from planning and procurement through delivery and execution
  • Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive successful outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Analyze and solve operational and project-related challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations
  • Learn the skills necessary to lead a branch operation and manage a multi-million-dollar business
  • Occasional travel to other branch locations and training events to learn from experienced leaders, gain insight into different markets, and develop a broad understanding of our nationwide business operations
  • Relocation at some point during program required to get exposure to different market and leadership

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree
  • Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future)
  • Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities within our growing national organization
