Job Title: Code Pilot (Technical Support Engineer)
Team: Flight Crew
Location: Hybrid or Remote -Work from Home with Flexibility
About the Mission
At Mach7, we build innovative medical imaging solutions that help hospitals and clinicians deliver better patient care. As part of our dynamic Flight Crew, you'll be part of a tight-knit squad that keeps our customers' imaging data flying smoothly and safely every day, everywhere.
Your Role
As a Code Pilot, you'll be our customers' first line of technical support and a trusted companion when things get turbulent. You'll troubleshoot issues, assist with core database administrative tasks, and make sure our clinical partners have what they need to do their life-saving work without delay.
Working alongside your Wingmates, and Airboss & Aces (your teammates), you'll build experience that can launch you into a Tech Viper role handling advanced troubleshooting and high-impact projects.
What You'll Do
  • Provide level one technicalsupport for hospitals using Mach7's EnterpriseImaging Solution.
  • Perform routine DBA tasks such asmonitoring, user access, backups, and system health checks.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolveissues or escalate when needed.
  • Document solutions and shareknowledge to help the entire crew work smarter.
  • Communicate clearly and calmlywith customers, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Work closely with your Flight Crewto make sure health care providers stay up and running 24/7.
  • Learn and grow your knowledge ofour systems, databases, and imaging technologies.

• Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging systems
