ADB is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to perform entry-level administrative and coordination functions within the Project Controls group, supporting ERP tracking, closeout, and quality assurance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support within the Project Controls team
  • Maintains project attributes, PO backups, and SO compliance
  • Supports vendor and customer closeout documentation
  • Manages closeout checklists and deliverables
  • Performs final customer quality control audits
  • Performs other position duties when requested
