We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to develop their project management skills and contribute to the successful execution of various projects within our organization. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
  • Help organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, contracts, and reports.
  • Support resource allocation by tracking availability and assignments of team members.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the project manager promptly.
