  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients to gather assets, resolve missing materials, and confirm approvals
  • Provide consistent status updates to Media Advisors and clients on asset collection and approval progress
  • Ensure all materials meet technical specs and deadlines
  • Open production tickets in Active Collab for the creative team once digital assets are received
  • Monitor project timelines and asset status using Magazine Manager

  • Manage and track advertiser content for sponsored articles, digital edition sponsorships, eBlasts, directory listings, and digital special sections
  • Assist the digital and production team as needed with tasks such as:
  • Scheduling and posting social media content
  • Assisting with web content updates and reporting
  • Supporting campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Helping identify ways to improve digital asset collection workflows
  • Creating Active Collab tickets for select print ads

What We're Looking For

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their backend/publishing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-up habits
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a CRM platform, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media scheduling tools is a plus
