Engineering and Capital Projects Analyst

This Analyst oversees technical and financial aspects of fixed assets and infrastructure, managing projects with a focus on detail and strategy. Conducts financial modeling and analysis to support transactions and investment decisions for public infrastructure. Advises government agencies on business processes, controls, and data management, providing actionable insights through detailed reports and presentations. Collaborates with clients to assess risks, deploy analytics, and drive informed infrastructure decisions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Energy, Finance, Precious Minerals, or an equivalent program
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
• You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Preferred:

• 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred
• Internship, project, or coursework experience in business, civil engineering, construction management, energy, finance, or precious minerals
