Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that scale business operations and optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in driving strategic initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
  • Create detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or internships related to these areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and basic knowledge of business intelligence platforms is a plus.
