We start with prospecting customers, scheduling appointments and learning our products. Once you've mastered scheduling and product information you will learn how to sell a solar deal.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, create customized proposals, and clearly communicate the financial and environmental advantages of going solar.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and self-generating leads by going door-to-door.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing their questions, concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable source of transportation.

Compensation:
