Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a Security Analyst III Counterintelligence who conducts counterintelligence (CI) activities (investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and defensive functional services) to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities and activities. Also serves as the MDA Office of Primary Responsibility to the National and DoD CI and Law Enforcement (LE) communities. Integrates CI products, services and defensive CI activities into all MDA programs and activities to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities, and deployed MDS assets worldwide.
Responsibilities
  • Support Test and Evaluation Activities
  • Provide CI support to MDA Conferences and other Off-Site Events
  • Support MDA RDA Programs and MDS Deployment Activities
  • Support CI Investigations and Operations
  • Support the CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) Program
  • Support CI Collections
  • Provide support to CI Analysis and Production (A&P)
  • Support the Cyber Forensics Laboratory (CFL)
  • Support Operations Management and CI SCIF Operations
  • Work independently and/or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Supervisory: May be required to provide daily supervision in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws including employee recruiting, development, and retention.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 8+ years working on missile defense-related or another DoD program/project
  • Must be formally CI trained and certified to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02
  • Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures.
  • Previous experience in DOD security or DOD intelligence desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft software applications.
  • Travel: ability to travel 0-5% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and Holidays as required
